"Dr. Lock's book presents a provocative CAP framework (Connections, Academics, and Purpose) to prepare students for the future. Well-written with compelling storytelling, the book is an engaging read that provides a framework to package the jigsaw puzzle of students' unique strengths with opportunities. The book presents a compelling case for leadership to push for the kind of change that addresses what is most important - learning and the student experience."
